Under a Licensing Agreement, the beat purchased may only be used for ONE commercial release. This release can not exceed 5,000 unit sales. Once the sale exceeds 5,000 unit sales, a new License must be purchased or the Exclusive must be purchased. All Licensed beats can not be manipulated in any way and may not be resold in any way. Licenses also grant use in demo, mixtape, and any other promotional material work. Beats purchased under this agreement are sold continuously until the Exclusive is purchased. Once the Exclusive is purchased, the beat will no longer be for sale.

Under an Exclusive Rights Agreement, the beat purchased may be used for UNLIMITED commercial releases. Releases may be sold unlimited times in unit sales. All Exclusive beats can not be manipulated in any way and may not be re-sold in any way. Exclusives also grant use in demo, mixtape, and any other promotional material work. Beats purchased under this agreement are sold only once. Once the Exclusive is purchased, the beat will no longer be for sale.
